Debra Carter is a professionally trained scopist and transcriptionist and has been scoping and transcribing quality transcripts since 2006.  She has worked with many reporters from all around the United States with a variety of different transcripts.  

Prior to becoming a professional scopist and transcriptionist, Debra graduated from Silver Lake College with a double major in health care administration and business management in 1998.  She worked for a major health insurance company for over eight years specializing in medical and disability claims and quality improvement.  She graduated from BeST Scoping Techniques in 2006.  If you want your transcripts done right, you found the right person to do the job.
