Prior to becoming a professional scopist and transcriptionist, Debra graduated from Silver Lake College with a double major in health care administration and business management in 1998.  She worked for a major health insurance company for over eight years and is familiar with medical, dental, and disability terms.  She trained to become a scopist and graduated from Best Scoping Techniques in 2006.
